How much does a cleaning service cost?
At Breeze cleaning, our pricing is flexible and tailored to your specific needs. We offer various cleaning services, including deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning, and consider factors such as your home's size and its current condition when determining the cost. Our goal is to provide you with a personalized cleaning solution that fits your budget and requirements.

Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
At Breeze Cleaning, we believe in making your cleaning experience as hassle-free as possible. We come fully prepared with all the necessary cleaning products and equipment needed to get the job done efficiently. However, if you have specific preferences or would like us to use your cleaning tools and equipment, we are more than happy to accommodate your requests. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to customize our service to your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Cash or check for now. The check should be made to Breeze Cleanning LLC.
Can I schedule regular cleanings on a recurring basis?
At Breeze cleaning, we understand the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy space consistently. That's why we offer flexible scheduling options for regular cleanings. You can choose from our convenient cleaning frequencies, including weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks, or monthly cleanings. We are here to make it easy for you to enjoy a consistently clean and refreshing environment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel at the minimum 2 days before your scheduled cleaning but we accept same day cancelation in a case-by case basis.
How do I provide feedback or address concerns?
Any questions or concerns you may have can be submitted on our website. Head to the menu bar and click contact. There you can submit any questions or concerns you may have.
Who does Breeze Cleaning allow to clean my home?

What should I do before Breeze Cleaning shows up at my home?

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
At Breeze Cleaning, we operate on a convenient 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. schedule from Monday to Sunday to accommodate your busy lifestyle. Many of our valued customers are away during our cleaning appointments. To ensure a seamless experience, our insured housecleaning professionals are often entrusted with spare keys or garage codes for secure access to your home.
What time does your team arrive?
At Breeze Cleaning, we understand the importance of your time and strive to provide a seamless experience. While we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time due to our commitment to giving each home the attention it deserves, we do offer convenient arrival windows to accommodate your schedule.
What if I need to reschedule a service?
Simply email us or text us and we will accommodate your needs. Please give us at least a 2 day heads up
When/how do I pay?
Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our valued customers leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter. Make payable to Breeze Cleaning LLC.
What if my cleaning service lies on a holiday?
We will promptly notify you a few days ahead if we have to reschedule it.

Do you always send the same house cleaners?

Do the house cleaners accept tips?
Yes of course. It is not required but it is %100 appreciated. All tips go the cleaners that cleaned the house that provided the tip.
Are you okay with pets being in the home?
At Breeze Cleaning, we take pride in being a pet-friendly company. While we adore our furry friends, we prioritize the safety of both your pets and our professional housecleaners. If your pet displays any signs of aggression, we kindly recommend securing them in an outdoor or gated area during our cleaning visit.
